We want you to get the most out of Audiograff

• Listing your own events will always be free
• You can include your Myspace, Facebook or website link as part of your profile
• Songs uploaded remain the property of the member including all copyright and intellectual property
• Members cannot upload content that is abusive, racist or pornographic. Audiograff will delete any such content and member may be banned
• Members must only upload their own material. If copyright issues are being abused we will be forced to delete content and member may be banned
• For the sake of all who use Audiograff, members are expected to keep their listings up to date and change listings to reflect cancellations, change of date etc.

Audiograff endeavours to ensure all information is concise and relevant

• Listings that are suspected to be spam will be promptly deleted by admin and the member will be notified and banned
• If a member purposely submits false or misleading listings, the listings will be deleted and the member will be permanently banned
• If a member uses Audiograff to purposely deceive or abuse the facilities of the website in any way, member will be permanently banned
• Members linking to spam orientated or fraudulent websites via their tour map will be permanently banned
• Members can contact us at any time if they have any issues with content displayed on Audiograff and we will be glad to help
• If requested by a third party, we may delete any listings at our own discretion, if believed to be abusive or infringing on third parties rights to privacy

Using the services of Audiograff

• Audiograff endeavours to maintain an accurate directory, however we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all listings, all of the time
• Our listings are member contributed, thus we cannot be responsible for inaccurate listings
• If you do suspect any erroneous or misleading content, please inform us via the "Info" page and we'll get right on it
• If there's a venue, bar or club you love not on Audiograff, you can tell us about it via the "Info" page and we'll add it to the map
• Our members are allowed link to external websites. Audiograff is not responsible for the content on any external page. If you feel a member is abusing this feature, please let us know and we'll banish them forever!
